Information to Partnership Sample Clauses

Information to Partnership. Each Partner shall timely provide to the Partnership all forms and information which such Partner is required to provide by applicable law, regulations or tax forms, and shall also provide to the Partnership upon request such additional information or forms which the General Partner may reasonably request with respect to the Partnership's compliance with applicable tax laws.
