Information to Non participating Parties Operator shall furnish each Non-participating Party a copy of each Operator's governmental report that is available to the public and associated with the applicable Non-consent Operation. Until the applicable recoupment under Article 13 (Non-consent Operations) is complete, a Nonparticipating Party shall not receive or review any other information specified by Article 5.9 (Information to Participating Parties), except as may be necessary for a payout audit of the Non-consent Operation.
Information to Non members Members will ensure that products, information, and documents received from GSF, other GSF members or via any GSF collaborative platforms are not directly or indirectly disclosed or shared with non-member organisations without the written permission of the person or organisation who shared, delivered or provided them.
