Information Security Incidents. Accenture shall maintain procedures to detect and respond to Information Security Incidents. If an Information Security Incident occurs which may reasonably compromise the security or privacy of Customer Personal Data, Accenture will promptly notify You without undue delay. Accenture will cooperate with You in investigating the Information Security Incident and, taking into account the nature of the Online Services provided and the information available to Accenture, provide assistance to You as reasonably requested with respect to Your breach notification obligations under any applicable Data Protection Laws.
Information Security Incidents. If an information security incident occurs that affects, or potentially affects the security of Cumbria County Council information, the contractor agrees to notify Cumbria County Council IT service desk as soon as the issue is identified. It is expected that regular updates on the progress of security incident investigations will be provided to the council Information Security team.
Information Security Incidents. Provider will notify Customer without undue delay of any Information Security Incident of which it becomes aware. Such notifications will describe available details of the Information Security Incident, including steps taken to mitigate the potential risks and steps Provider recommends Customer take to address the Information Security Incident. Provider’s notification of or response to an Information Security Incident will not be construed as Provider’s acknowledgement of any fault or liability with respect to the Information Security Incident.
Information Security Incidents. (a) The Service Provider will promptly notify OLG of any circumstance that it reasonably believes has resulted in, or is likely to result in, an Information Security Incident with respect to any Background Information (including the Historical Gaming Data), OLG Records, OLG Personal Information, Forward-Looking Historical Non-Gaming Information or Historical Non-Gaming Information or other Confidential Information shared with Service Provider pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Information Security Incidents. If Xxxxx becomes aware of an Information Security Incident, Graft will (a) notify Customer of the Information Security Incident without undue delay after becoming aware of the Information Security Incident and (b) take reasonable steps to identify the cause of such Information Security Incident, minimize harm and prevent a recurrence. Notifications made pursuant to this Section 4.2 will describe, to the extent possible, details of the Information Security Incident, including steps taken to mitigate the potential risks and steps Graft recommends Customer take to address the Information Security Incident.
Information Security Incidents. 7.1. Customer agrees that the provisions of Section 2 of this DPA shall satisfy the requirements of the Standard Contractual Clauses between Customer and Collibra under Clause 8.6.
Information Security Incidents. Without undue delay, User shall inform Emerson in writing of any actual or reasonably suspected (i) unauthorized access to or acquisition, use, disclosure, modification or destruction of any Emerson Confidential Information or (ii) interference with a process, a function or data on any Emerson information system that contains any Emerson Confidential Information (collectively, “Information Security Incident”) of which User becomes aware. Such notice shall summarize in reasonable detail the effect on Emerson, if known, of the Information Security Incident and the corrective action taken or to be taken by User. User shall promptly take all necessary and advisable corrective actions, and shall cooperate fully with Emerson in all reasonable and lawful efforts to prevent, mitigate or rectify such Information Security Incident. User shall (i) investigate such Information Security Incident and perform a root cause analysis thereon; (ii) remediate the effects of such Information Security Incident; and (iii) provide Emerson with such assurances as Emerson shall request that such Information Security Incident is not likely to recur.
Information Security Incidents. Xxxxxxxx will notify Client within 36 hours of any Information Security Incident of which Xxxxxxxx becomes aware. Such notifications will describe available details of the Information Security Incident, including mitigation efforts taken by Xxxxxxxx and steps Xxxxxxxx recommends Client take to address the Information Security Incident. Xxxxxxxx’s notification of or response to an Information Security Incident is not an acknowledgement of any fault or liability with respect to the Information Security Incident.

If Tx3 becomes aware of an Information Security Incident, Tx3 will (a) notify Customer of the Information Security Incident without undue delay after becoming aware of the Information Security Incident and (b) take reasonable steps to identify the cause of such Information Security Incident, minimize harm and prevent a recurrence. Notifications made pursuant to this Section 4.2 will describe, to the extent possible, details of the Information Security Incident, including steps taken to mitigate the potential risks and steps Tx3 recommends Customer take to address the Information Security Incident. Tx3’s notification of or response to an Information Security Incident under this Section 4.2 will not be construed as an acknowledgement by Tx3 of any fault or liability with respect to the Information Security Incident.

If Cultivate becomes aware of an Information Security Incident, Cultivate will (a) notify Client of the Information Security Incident without undue delay after becoming aware of the Information Security Incident and (b) take reasonable steps to identify the cause of such Information Security Incident, minimize harm and prevent a recurrence. Reference source not found. will describe, to the extent possible, details of the Information Security Incident, including steps taken to mitigate the potential risks and steps Cultivate recommends Client take to address the Information Security Incident. Cultivate’s notification of or response to an Information Security Incident under this Section Error! Reference source not found. will not be construed as an acknowledgement by Cultivate of any fault or liability with respect to the Information Security Incident.
