Information on Certain Events. Each party undertakes that, if it enters as Agent into an Agency Transaction, forthwith upon becoming aware (i) of any event or circumstance which constitutes an event as described in Section 6(l)(a)(viii) with respect to the relevant Principal or (ii) of any breach of any of the representations given in Section 5 and paragraph (f) below or of any event or circumstance which has the result that any such representation would be incorrect on the date as of which it was made, it will inform the other party of that fact and will, if so required by the other party, furnish the other party with such additional information as the other party may reasonably request.
