Common use of Information Confidential Clause in Contracts

Information Confidential. As partial consideration for the granting of the Option, the Optionee agrees with the Company to keep confidential all information and knowledge that the Optionee has relating to the manner and amount of the Optionee’ s participation; provided, however, that such information may be disclosed as required by law and may be given in confidence to the Optionee’ s spouse, the Optionee’ s tax and financial advisors, or financial institutions to the extent that such information is necessary to secure a loan.

Information Confidential.
