Common use of Information and Training Clause in Contracts

Information and Training. A. All current and new officers will receive written information and training about the testing requirements and how and where they may receive assistance for drug misuse. All officers must receive a copy of this policy and receive the Confirmation of Receipt. B. All Lieutenants and above in the Police Department must attend training on drug misuse, symptoms and indicators used in making determinations for reasonable suspicion testing.
