Informal Observation. Any non-scheduled visit or observation by the evaluator to a classroom, instructional or performance activity. This may include a post-observation conference between the evaluator and the teacher. If the evaluator has a concern with any observation, then a post- observation conference shall be scheduled and completed within two weeks.
