FORMAL LEVEL 2: If the Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level 1 or if no disposition has been made within five (5) days of receipt of the grievance, the grievance shall be transmitted to the Superintendent or designee. Within seven (7) days after the grievance has been submitted to the Superintendent, the Superintendent or designee shall meet with the Association on the grievance. The Superintendent or designee, within five (5) days after the meeting shall render his/her written decision thereon with copies to the Association and the grievant. FORMAL LEVEL 3: If grievant is not satisfied with the response at Level Two, he or the Union representative shall within five (5) days of receipt of Level Two response, file a copy of the written grievance, which contains the Level Two decisions, with the Secretary of the Board of Education. Upon proper application as specified in Level Two, the Board shall schedule an opportunity for grievant to present his complaint to the Board at the next regularly scheduled Board meeting.
