Common use of Informal Discussion Clause in Contracts

Informal Discussion. In the event that an individual or group of individuals believes that there is a basis for a grievance, he/she or they may first discuss the alleged grievance with his/her or their administrative supervisor either privately or accompanied by a representative of the grievance committee without having reduced the grievance to writing.
