Influenza Immunization Clause Samples
The Influenza Immunization clause requires certain individuals, such as employees or contractors, to receive an annual flu vaccine as a condition of their participation in specific activities or access to certain facilities. Typically, this clause applies to healthcare workers, staff in educational institutions, or others in environments where influenza transmission risk is high, and may outline acceptable forms of proof or exemptions for medical or religious reasons. Its core function is to reduce the spread of influenza within the organization or community, thereby protecting vulnerable populations and minimizing disruptions caused by illness.
Influenza Immunization. The Board of education shall reimburse the employee for the cost of annual influenza vaccines and physician's services necessary to immunize for the various types of influenza not to exceed thirty dollars ($30).
