Influencer is the person who has large following on various social media platforms and gets substantial traction and who can influence many people through social / traditional media. The Influencer, however would be free to use his / her discretion to undertake or not to undertake the Brand’s service and / or product, at his or her own voluntary understanding.

Influencer s Post will not include materials that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable; and
Influencer agrees to indemnify and hold Omnia and Client and their respective successors, licensees, and affiliated companies and their respective shareholders, officers and directors, employees and agents (the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, causes of action, suits, grievances under any collective agreement, arbitrations, obligations, costs, expenses and attorney’s fees, at law or in equity, of every nature, character or description whatsoever, whether now known or unknown, which are based on or arise in connection with the Services, the Deliverables or a breach by Influencer of this Agreement, including but not limited to any of Influencer’s representations and warranties.
Influencer is in the business of social media influencing for certain companies and products and hereby agrees, during the Term of the Agreement (as defined below), to perform the Services outlined in attached Exhibit A, Statement of Work and Description of Services.

Iniciação do projeto / Project Initiation. Lançamento de um processo que pode resultar na autorização e na definição do escopo de um novo projeto.
