Common use of Inflation Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Inflation Adjustments. Where services in a Work Order are provided by Quintiles over multiple calendar years, Quintiles may increase its fees at the beginning of each calendar year to reflect increases in Quintiles’ business costs on a prospective basis only. Quintiles’ overall costs may be increased for the next twelve (12) month period using the average percentage change in the wages/earnings survey as published in the Economist (or as reported at xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx) or the equivalent inflation index of the country where services are performed, over the preceding twelve (12) month period.
