Ineligible for Federal Assistance. This Agreement is void or voidable if the either Party receives reliable information that the other Party has been debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, excluded or disqualified under the non-procurement common rule, or otherwise declared ineligible from receiving Federal agreements, certain sub-agreements, and certain Federal assistance and benefits.

  • Educational Assistance To qualify for reimbursement, an employee must be a regular employee upon enrollment. To be approved, the courses described below must be related to the employee's present position or career development:

  • Mutual Assistance Each party shall assist the other in complying with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Legislation. In particular, each party shall:

  • Audit Requirements for Recipients of State Financial Assistance For purposes of this paragraph, the word "Contractor" shall be deemed to mean "nonstate entity," as that term is defined in section 4-230 of the Connecticut General Statutes. The Contractor shall provide for an annual financial audit acceptable to the Client Agency for any expenditure of State awarded funds made by the Contractor. Such audit shall include management letters and audit recommendations. The State Auditors of Public Accounts shall have access to all records and accounts for the fiscal year(s) in which the award was made. The Contractor shall comply with federal and State single audit standards as applicable.

  • Additional Assistance The Borrower shall provide such cooperation, information and assistance, and prepare and supply the Administrative Agent with such data regarding the performance by the Issuing Insurance Companies of their obligations under the Pledged Policies and the performance by the Borrower of its obligations under the Transaction Documents, as may be reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent from time to time.
