Common use of Industry Standards Clause in Contracts

Industry Standards. All Electric Metering Equipment, whether owned by the Seller or by a third party, shall be operated, maintained and tested by and/or on behalf of the Seller in accordance with Prudent Electrical Practices.

Industry Standards. All Electric Metering Equipment and Gas Metering Equipment, whether owned by the Seller or by a third party, shall be operated, maintained and tested by and/or on behalf of the Seller in accordance with Prudent Electrical PracticesUtility Practices and CAISO Requirements, as applicable in the case of the Electric Metering Equipment, and in accordance with the applicable American Gas Association and Gas Industry Standards Board in the case of the Gas Metering Equipment.

Industry Standards. All Electric Metering Equipment, Gas Metering Equipment and Oil Metering Equipment, whether owned by the Seller or by a third party, shall be operated, maintained and tested by and/or on behalf of the Seller in accordance with Prudent Accepted Electrical PracticesPractices in the case of the Electric Metering Equipment, in accordance with AGA and ANSI standards in the case of the Gas Metering Equipment and in accordance with applicable industry standards in the case of the Oil Metering Equipment.

Industry Standards. All Electric Metering Equipment, whether owned by the Seller or by a third party, shall be operated, maintained and tested by and/or and on behalf of the Seller in accordance with Prudent Electrical Practices.

Industry Standards. All Electric Metering Equipment, whether owned by the Seller Owner or by a third party, shall be operated, maintained maintained, and tested by and/or on behalf of the Seller Operator in accordance with Prudent Electrical Good Engineering and Operating Practices. All Electric Metering Equipment shall be capable of delivering on-line readings to Operator’s control and management information systems and separately capable of remote dial-up access by Owner or Power Purchaser.

All Electric Metering Equipment, whether owned by the Seller or by a third party, shall be operated, maintained maintained, and tested by and/or or on behalf of the Seller in accordance with Prudent Electrical PracticesGood Engineering and Operating Practices and all Gas Metering Equipment shall be operated, maintained, and tested by and on behalf of Seller in accordance with applicable industry standards. All Electric Metering Equipment and Gas Metering Equipment shall be capable of delivering on-line readings to Seller’s control and management information systems and separately capable of remote dial-up access by Buyer.
