Industry Designations/Certifications. The Vendor’s Committed Appraiser staff must collectively possess and maintain a minimum of four (4) Industry Designations/Certifications from Groups 1-3, with at least one (1) Designation/Certification from within Group 1. a. Group 1: 1) Current IICRC (S500 or S520) Certification; or 2) General Contractor License; or 3) Engineer (All Trades); or 4) Journeyman Plumber license. b.
