  • Industry Data The statistical and market-related data included in each of the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus are based on or derived from sources that the Company reasonably and in good faith believes are reliable and accurate or represent the Company’s good faith estimates that are made on the basis of data derived from such sources.

  • INDUSTRY FUND a. The Employer shall contribute and remit such contributions to the Union’s Industry Fund as specified in Schedule “A” for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement.

  • Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d).   • Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors. Resident, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her Guests, agrees to comply fully with all directions from Owner and its employees and agents, and the rules and regulations (including all amendments and additions thereto, except those that substantially modify the Resident’s bargain and to which Resident timely objects) as contained in this Agreement and the Community Policies of the Property.   • OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION This Section is applicable if the Property is located within a Common Interest Community and 241 subject to the declaration (Association). 242 7.1. Common Interest Community Disclosure. THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED WITHIN A COMMON 243 INTEREST COMMUNITY AND IS SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION FOR THE COMMUNITY. PURCHASERS OF 253 PROPERTY WITHIN THE COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITY SHOULD INVESTIGATE THE FINANCIAL 254 OBLIGATIONS OF MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION. PURCHASERS SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE 255 DECLARATION FOR THE COMMUNITY AND THE BYLAWS AND RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE 256 ASSOCIATION.

  • Industry Standards Supplier will implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures that comply with Industry Standards in all applicable goods, services, equipment, software systems and platforms that Supplier uses to access, process and/or store Accenture Data. “Industry Standards” means security measures that are commercially reasonable in the information technology industry and that are designed to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of Accenture Data, and to protect against Security Incidents.

  • HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION 9.1 The Purchaser acknowledges that it is anticipated that the Property will fall under the jurisdiction of the HOA, being a new Homeowners’ Association which shall come/came into existence on registration of transfer of the first Erf in the Development from the Seller to a third party purchaser, it being recorded that the HOA is established for the benefit of, inter alia, all of owners of xxxxx in the Development and to control and maintain roads, services and amenities within, inter alia, the Development.

  • People in this context are the recipients of services provided by the local authority, or the direct beneficiaries of its activities. They can be of any age, for example:-  residents of local authority homes;  clients of, for example, social workers and home carers;  pupils of schools in the local authority’s area;  users of libraries and leisure facilities;  recipients of local authority services, including public health services;  those who benefit from local authority inspection and registration activities;  users of cafes, restaurants and other businesses, who benefit from local authority inspection and enforcement activities. Those who are "beneficiaries" or recipients will not necessarily be happy with the relevant activities, for example, abused children removed from their families, restaurant owners being inspected for compliance with hygiene regulations.

  • MINISTRY/SCHOOL BOARD INITIATIVES ETFO will be an active participant in the consultation process to develop a Ministry of Education PPM regarding Ministry/School Board Initiatives.
