Common use of Industrial cooperation Clause in Contracts

Cooperation shall aim at promoting the following in particular: - The development of business links between economic operators of both sides, - Community participation in Kyrgyzstan's efforts to restructure its industry, - The improvement of management, - The development of appropriate commercial rules and practices, - Environmental protection. 2. The provisions of this Article shall not affect the enforcement of Community competition rules applicable to undertakings.
