Individual Vacation Days. Full-time nurses will be granted single vacation days or multiples thereof upon request to a maximum total of five (5) days per year, provided the employer agrees to the request.
Individual Vacation Days. Employees will have the opportunity to schedule up to one week of annual vacation as individual days prior to March 01. Individual days will be scheduled in order of seniority, once all employees within the work group have had an opportunity to schedule full week blocks. Employees who wish to schedule additional individual days after March 01 will do so on a first-come, first-served basis.
Individual Vacation Days. Employees who have vacation entitlement in excess of two (2) weeks and who have scheduled to take their two (2) week entitlement in segments of at least one (1) week duration may take the balance of their vacation in single days, subject to the following:
Individual Vacation Days. With the express permission of his or her supervisor, Clerical Employees, Traffic Checkers, Station Clerks and Fare Inspectors may be permitted to take two (2) weeks of their earned vacation one day at a time. This time may be taken in four (4) hour increments.

Individual Vacation Days. The parties agree without prejudice and/or precedent to the following provisions regarding individual vacation days for a trial period to commence effective on ratification. This Letter of Understanding will expire on March 31, 2011. The parties further agree to meet before March 31, 2010, to review this Letter of Understanding. Renewal of this Letter of Understanding shall be mutually agreed by the parties. If either party wishes to cancel the provisions herein, such party shall provide two (2) weeks written notice to the other party of its desire to meet and discuss the matter. Employees who are entitled to three (3) weeks of vacation, will have the option of taking one (1) week of their vacation in the form of individual days off. The scheduling of such days off shall be with the mutual agreement of the Employer and will not unduly affect the operation of the home. It is agreed that an employee must submit requests in writing for specific individual days off at least one
Individual Vacation Days. Employees will have the opportunity to request vacation on a day-to-day basis, provided there is an opening on the vacation sign-up. An employee may request a vacation day off no later than 14 calendar days prior to the requested day off, except in unusual situations. The Employer will make a good faith effort to notify the employee of a vacation day approval within three (3) weekday days from being submitted. Other Than Bid Vacation requests for the following year will be accepted from the employee after the completion of the annual vacation bid. A date for submittal of Other Than Bid Vacation requests will be chosen based on the ending of the annual vacation bid. Employees will sign and date their leave requests for Other Than Bid Vacation using the chosen date. All leave requests submitted before or on that date are approved based on seniority and openings on the vacation sign-up. These requests will be approved before any other individual vacation day requests with submittal dates after the designated date for the Other Than Bid Vacation requests for the following year.
Individual Vacation Days. During the negotiations, the Company and the Union dis- cussed the desire of Woodbridge Foam employees to be able to use a portion of their vacation on an individual day basis, rather than only on a full week basis. This will be administered under the following terms;

The scheduling of such days off shall be with the mutual agreement of the Employer and will not unduly affect the operation of the Home. It is agreed that an employee must submit requests for individual days off at least one (1) week in advance of a posted schedule and that if more than one (1) employee requests the same day off, and the Employer cannot accommodate all requests, it shall be allocated by seniority. Employees shall indicate their intent to use individual days by December 31st of each year for the following vacation year. For clarity, the employee only has to indicate whether she/he wishes to use individual days and not the particular days. Pay for each individual day of vacation will be prorated so that the total for the individual days will be the same as the amount the employees would have received for one (1) week of vacation taken in continuous days. Vacation pay for individual days of vacation will not be issued separately.
