Individual Rights. 1. Employees shall be entitled to full rights of citizenship. There shall be no discipline or discrimination with respect to the employment of an employee due to race, creed, color, marital status, sex, age, national origin, veteran status, political activity or lack thereof, or the presence of any sensory mental or physical disability unless based upon a bona fide occupational qualification provided that the prohibition against discrimination because of such disability shall not apply if the particular disability prevents the proper performance of the particular worker involved.
