Individual Rights of Bond Trustee. The Bond Trustee in its individual or any other capacity may become the owner or pledgee of Transition Bonds and may otherwise deal with the Issuer or its affiliates with the same rights it would have if it were not Bond Trustee. Any Paying Agent, Transition Bond Registrar, co-registrar or co-paying agent may do the same with like rights. However, the Bond Trustee must comply with Sections 6.11 and 6.12.
