BI ANNUAL REVIEW A mid-year review will be undertaken (January 2018) of progress towards the annual KPI targets. In addition to identifying key service pressures and performance issues, this review will enable formal notification of proposed changes for the following year in relation to services, activity, funding, safety and quality and other intended outcomes by both parties to support negotiations in relation to the development of the SLA for 2018/19.
