Individual Membership. An individual membership is owned (representing by one $5.00 Share deposit) by one member (individual or other organization) qualified for Credit Union membership. If the account member dies, the interest passes, subject to applicable law, to the decedent's estate or Payable on Death (POD) beneficiary/payee or trust beneficiary. The account ownership transfer is subject to other provisions in this Agreement governing our protection for honoring transfer and withdrawal requests of an owner or owner's agent prior to notice of an owner's death. JOINT MEMBERSHIP A joint membership is owned by two or more persons (each represented by a $5.00 Share deposit). All members are in full and equal responsibility for ALL accounts held within that membership. Exceptions may include: IRAs, Certificates of Deposit and Loans.
Individual Membership. Consists of one person 18 years of age or older. Member’s spouse and children are not entitled to the rights and privileges of this category of membership but may be guests in accordance with the Club’s Rules and Regulations.

Individual Membership. One (1) Patient shall be entitled to the Services. This Agreement shall be for an Individual Membership if there is only one (1) Patient set forth in Section 1 on the Effective Date.

(a) For all sales of Vacation Interests in the CLUB after the Effective Date of this Agreement, AFFILIATE agrees to enroll all such purchasers of a Vacation Interest in the CLUB as Individual Members during the term of this Agreement. In connection with such enrollment, AFFILIATE agrees to provide INTERVAL with a completed Individual Membership Application executed by each purchaser of a Vacation Interest in the CLUB, and the applicable individual membership fee in the amount and manner as is mutually agreed upon by the Parties from time to time, subject to the terms of subparagraph (b) below. Said Individual Membership Application and individual membership fee shall be forwarded to INTERVAL no later than thirty (30) days after the execution of a purchase agreement by said purchaser, regardless of the actual date of closing or escrow requirements for said purchase.
Individual Membership. (a) For all sales of Vacation Interests at the PROJECT subsequent to the Effective Date of this Agreement, AFFILIATE shall provide INTERVAL with a completed Individual Membership Application executed by each purchaser of a Vacation Interest at the PROJECT and the applicable 1 year membership fee prescribed by INTERVAL or its designated representative. Such Individual Membership Application and fee shall be provided to INTERVAL no later than thirty (30) days after the execution of a purchase agreement by said purchaser, regardless of the actual date of dosing or escrow requirements for said purchase.
Individual Membership. An individual who has joined the NPO for the purpose of supporting the activities of the NPO and who does not have a voting right in the General Assembly.

Individual membership at the International Center for Ethno-Religious Mediation shall be open to any individual person who cares about, has an interest in, or wishes to support ICERM develop alternative methods of resolving inter- ethnic and inter-religious conflicts in countries around the world, as well as help the Organization xxxxxx the culture of peace among ethnic and religious groups through research, education and training, expert consultation, dialogue and mediation, and rapidly implementable projects. It shall also be available for those outstanding individual philanthropists, who, because they believe that the use of mediation in preventing and resolving ethnic and religious conflicts in countries around the world is the key to creating sustainable peace, would like to make generous contributions to the Organization. There shall be several classes of Individual membership: Fellow, Associate, Affiliate, Philanthropy, Honorary, and Student.
