Individual License. Contract Software use is restricted to a single, designated named user. The Contract Software may be installed and operated on not more than two (2) individual computers, provided the Contract Software is only accessible to, and oper- ated by, the named user for that license. The physical locations of the computers are not limited; the computers may be located at work, home, in a laboratory, or mobile. Licensee may only designate one named user access to the Contract Software. A computer login of a named user may not be shared with any other individual. Licensee may redesignate the named user for the Contract Software, whether temporarily or not, no more than once on any twelve (12) month period.
Individual License. You may use The Software on any number of Servers; each copy of the software must be accessed by a single User only. The Individual License is not transferrable between Users: once a copy of The Software has been used by a particular User, no other person may use that copy of the software.

You may install the Software on one and only one computer for sequential use by any number of users. The Software may be used only (i) by your employees and contractors working for you or (in the case of an Academic License) by your students, (ii) on a computer that is owned or controlled by you, and (iii) for the Company’s own internal business purposes. Concurrent use is not allowed under this License Option. Use over a local-area network (LAN), a wide-area network (WAN), or the internet is prohibited under this License Option.

Individual License. If you are an individual working on your own applications to sell or for any other purpose, you may use the software to develop and test those applications.

In exchange for consideration duly paid by you and accepted by Aglet, Aglet grants each user a one-time, individual, non-exclusive right and license to use the I-TRAIN™ program and its related products, for each licensed user, subject to the terms and restrictions set forth herein. Such license shall be used to satisfy an individual employee's annual training requirements. You agree that no more than one (1) annual training certification shall be performed under each license and that a new license must be purchased for each employee's annual re-certification training session. You further agree not to share your user log-in credentials with anyone or utilize your user log-in credentials for "group training" sessions with anyone who is not individually licensed to use the I-TRAIN™ program. A separate license is required for each individual I-TRAIN™ user. By using I-TRAIN™, you acknowledge that the injury to Aglet which would be occasioned by your failure to abide by the terms of this Agreement shall not be adequately compensated by monetary damages alone and Aglet's remedies at law shall be inadequate. Therefore, in addition to all other remedies available to Aglet at law, in equity or pursuant to this Agreement, including but not limited to monetary damages, Aglet shall be entitled to seek immediate and permanent injunctive and other equitable relief, including but not limited to, temporary restraining orders, preliminary or permanent injunctions to restrain or enjoin any violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and/or specific performance. In the granting of any such equitable relief, you acknowledge and agree that Aglet shall be entitled to such relief without the necessity of posting a bond or other security. These remedies are in addition to all other relief set forth in this Agreement and available at law, along with the reasonable attorneys' and experts' fees and costs of pursuing available remedies to enforce the terms of this Agreement. You hereby waive, with respect to any future dispute related to this Agreement, any defense based on the argument that Aglet will not be irreparably harmed or that Aglet has available an adequate remedy at law.
Individual License. The Individual License is a License issued to Customer as an individual person allowing Customer to use the Software for Customer’s own personal, household, recreational, educational, and non-commercial use only. The Software shall be maintained on the Arch Platform. Customer is strictly prohibited from using the Software for any other purpose or for the benefit or on behalf of any Third Party. If Customer fails at any time to use the Software accordingly, Customer’s rights to use the Software under this Agreement are immediately terminated and Customer further represents, warrants, and certifies Customer will not use the Software and will discontinue any existing use of the Software.
Individual License. The installation and operation of the Program on a single designated computer, where Program use is restricted to a single person at any given time. Remote access is permitted, however this does not expand the licensed use beyond a single person at any given time. Initial Subscription Term. A twelve month period starting from the date of the first day of the month after the month in which the Individual License is purchased (e.g., if the purchase date is October 12, then the Initial Subscription Term is from November 1 through the end of October of the following year).
