Individual Duties. Each party to this Agreement shall establish such policies and take such steps as may be necessary to ensure the integrity and continued operation of this Board and to implement this Agreement and all requirements herein contained.

Individual Duties. (1) The Managing Director shall be responsible for the management and supervision of the Company as a whole.
Individual Duties. All involved Data Owners will participate in the determination to provide Data based on CDE polices and applicable laws and regulations. Data Owners will also participate in any validation and risk assessments as defined in this Agreement. The Data Owner takes ownership of the operational, technical, and informational management of the Data. Each Party’s Data Governance Manager is authorized, after following approved internal Data Governance policies, to approve the use of Data. The System Xxxxxxx shall manage the source system, and ensure the integrity and safety of the Data at all times. The System Xxxxxxx shall follow all security requirements outlined in this Agreement, to prevent the use or disclosure of Data not authorized by either this Agreement or the attached appendices. The System Xxxxxxx agrees to abide by all applicable state and federal laws and regulations, including FERPA, HIPAA, Colorado’s Student Data Transparency and Security Act, and others as specified in attached Appendices. Data Linkage If Researcher will link CDE’s Data with Data from another source, the result could be a new data set with potentially unique regulations and conditions governing its use. Prior to linking the Data, Researcher will provide detailed information to CDE outlining the Data being linked and the other sources for Data. The System Xxxxxxx will classify the linked data based on security or privacy risks. This could include evaluating the method of release, on the likelihood of identifying individuals from the linked Data, if linking the Data will violate any laws or regulations, or if the new data set meets the original request. Based on the results of the risk assessment, CDE may refuse to provide Researcher with some or all of the requested Data in its sole discretion in order to mitigate any risks identified. Should CDE consent to the Data being linked, the System Xxxxxxx shall apply additional constraints as necessary to the usage of the new data set. Detailed information on the Data being linked, the other sources of Data, and any additional constraints shall be documented in the Appendix.

Related to Individual Duties

  • Normal Duties (a) Faculty members are accountable for 10 months of the year. The 10 months accountable time includes such activities as teaching, the counselling of students, curriculum/program development, professional development and participation on a variety of educational committees.

  • Personal Duties The Employer and the Union agree that an employee will not be required to perform work not related to the business of the Employer. To this end, it is agreed that an employee will not be required to perform duties of a personal nature for supervisory personnel.

  • Additional Duties (a) In addition to the duties of the Administrator set forth above, the Administrator shall (i) perform all duties and obligations applicable to or required of the Issuer as set forth in Appendix A to the Sale and Servicing Agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof, (ii) perform such calculations and shall prepare or shall cause the preparation by other appropriate persons of, and shall execute on behalf of the Issuer or the Owner Trustee, all such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions that it shall be the duty of the Issuer or the Owner Trustee to prepare, file or deliver pursuant to the Related Agreements or Section 5.04(a), (b), (c) or (d) of the Trust Agreement, and at the request of the Owner Trustee shall take all appropriate action that it is the duty of the Issuer or the Owner Trustee to take pursuant to the Related Agreement and perform such duties and obligations as required under the Asset Representations Review Agreement. In furtherance thereof, the Owner Trustee shall, on behalf of itself and of the Issuer, execute and deliver to the Administrator and to each successor Administrator appointed pursuant to the terms hereof, one or more powers of attorney substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto, appointing the Administrator the attorney-in-fact of the Owner Trustee and the Issuer for the purpose of executing on behalf of the Owner Trustee and the Issuer all such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions. Subject to Section 5 of this Agreement, and in accordance with the directions of the Owner Trustee, the Administrator shall administer, perform or supervise the performance of such other activities in connection with the Collateral (including the Related Agreements) as are not covered by any of the foregoing provisions and as are expressly requested by the Owner Trustee and are reasonably within the capability of the Administrator. Such responsibilities shall include providing to the Depositor and the Indenture Trustee the monthly servicing report in an appropriate electronic form.

  • Typical Duties 1. Supervises from three to ten designated employees by performing duties such as scheduling and co- ordinating work assignments, evaluating employee performance and determining related training and orientation requirements.

  • General Duties and Responsibilities 1. Responsibilities under the General Conditions of the Contract for Construction: In addition to the responsibilities herein set forth, Consulting Engineer/Architect agrees to be responsible for those matters identified in the General Conditions as being responsibilities of the Consulting Engineer/Architect. Consulting Engineer/Architect specifically acknowledges receipt of a copy of the General Conditions and acceptance of the responsibilities as set forth therein.
