Individual Counseling Program a) It is the PROFESSIONAL CHORISTER’s responsibility, as a professional musician, to meet the highest artistic standards set by SYMPHONY which include: i) a trained voice of solo quality; ii) vocal maturity, color, range and flexibility; iii) reading ability and musicianship; iv) language experience in English, Latin, German and French. The following procedures are intended to facilitate the PROFESSIONAL CHORISTER’s ability to maintain these standards. b) If the Chorus Director has determined that a PROFESSIONAL CHORISTER has demonstrated deficiency in musical performance with respect to the artistic standards set by SYMPHONY, the Chorus Director shall, in writing, warn PROFESSIONAL CHORISTER. The first (1st) warning letter shall be issued no later than thirty (30) days from the time that the Chorus Director determined that a problem existed. The written warning will inform PROFESSIONAL CHORISTER as to the specific concern(s) and problem(s) and where and when such problem(s) were noticed.
