Individual Costs Clause Samples
The 'Individual Costs' clause defines the responsibility of each party to bear its own expenses incurred in connection with the agreement. This typically includes costs such as legal fees, travel expenses, or administrative charges that arise during the negotiation, execution, or performance of the contract. By clearly allocating these costs, the clause prevents disputes over reimbursement and ensures that each party is aware of and prepared for their own financial obligations.
Individual Costs. Each Party shall be individually responsible for all of its Individual Costs incurred as a Party to this Agreement, except for as provided in Section (IV) (C) (6).
