Common use of Individual Consultants Clause in Contracts

Individual Consultants. Services of individual consultants for: (a) tasks that meet the requirements set forth in paragraph 5.1 of the Consultant Guidelines shall be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 5.1 through 5.3 of the Consultant Guidelines; and (b) tasks under Part A.3 and Part B.3 of the Project may be selected on a sole-source basis in accordance with the provision of paragraph 5.4 of the Consultant Guidelines, subject to prior approval of the Association. Part D: Review by the Association of the Selection of Consultants

Individual Consultants. Services of for individual consultants forconsultants: (a) tasks that meet meeting the requirements set forth in paragraph 5.1 of the Consultant Guidelines Guidelines, and (b) employed under contracts concluded with UGP, shall be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 5.1 through 5.3 of the Consultant Guidelines; and (b) tasks under Part A.3 and Part B.3 of the Project may be selected on a sole-source basis in accordance with the provision of paragraph 5.4 of the Consultant Guidelines, subject to prior approval of the Association. Part D: Review by the Association of the Selection of Consultants

Services of individual consultants for: (ai) tasks that meet the requirements set forth in paragraph 5.1 of the Consultant Guidelines shall be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 5.1 through 5.3 of the Consultant Guidelines; and (bii) tasks the task of project implementation specialist, procurement specialist, financial management specialist and those financed under Part A.3 and Part B.3 of the Project Preparation Advance may be selected on a sole-source basis in accordance with the provision provisions of paragraph paragraphs 5.3 and 5.4 of the Consultant Guidelines, subject to prior approval of the AssociationBank.
