Common use of Individual Complaint Clause in Contracts

Individual Complaint. Nothing contained herein may be construed as limiting the right of a teacher with a complaint to have the complaint adjusted without recourse to the grievance procedure and with or without representation by the Association, provided that the adjustment is consistent with the terms of this Agreement. When a teacher is not represented by the Association, the Association will have the opportunity to be present beyond the level of the principal or immediate supervisor.
