Common use of Individual Agreement Clause in Contracts

Individual Agreement. Where no agreement has been sought by the employer with the majority of employees in accordance with 2.2.3(b), the employer may seek to reach agreement with individual employees in the workplace, and such agreement will be binding on individual employees provided it complies with 2.2.2(b) and (c) and provided that the agreement is only with an individual employee or a number of individuals less than the majority in the workplace or a section or sections of it.

Individual Agreement. Where no agreement has been sought by the employer with the majority of employees in accordance with 2.2.3(b), the employer may seek to reach agreement with individual employees in the workplace, and such agreement will be binding on individual employees provided it complies with 2.2.2(b) and (c2.2.2(c) and provided that the agreement is only with an individual employee or a number of individuals less than the majority in the workplace or a section or sections of it.

Individual Agreement. Where no agreement has been sought by the employer with the majority of employees in accordance with 2.2.3(b9.3(b), the employer may seek to reach agreement with individual employees in the workplace, and such agreement will be binding on individual employees provided it complies with 2.2.2(b9.2(b) and (c) and provided that the agreement is only with an individual employee or a number of individuals less than the majority in the workplace or a section or sections of it.

Where no agreement has been sought by the employer Company with the majority of employees in accordance with 2.2.3(b)11.3.2, the employer Company may seek to reach agreement with individual employees in the workplace, workplace and such agreement will be binding on individual employees provided it complies with 2.2.2(b) and (c) and provided that the agreement is only with an individual employee or a number of individuals less than the majority in the workplace or a section or sections of it.

Individual Agreement. 2.3.4 Where no agreement has been sought by the employer company with the majority of employees in accordance with 2.2.3(b)2.3.2, above, the employer company may seek to reach agreement with individual employees in the workplace, and such agreement will be binding on individual employees provided it complies with 2.2.2(b) and (c) and provided that the agreement is only with an individual employee or a number of individuals less than the majority in the workplace or a section or sections of it.with

Where no agreement has been sought by the employer with the majority of employees in accordance with 2.2.3(b6.3(b), the employer may seek to reach agreement with individual employees in the workplace, and such agreement will be binding on individual employees provided it complies with 2.2.2(b) and (c6.2(b) and provided that the agreement is only with an individual employee or a number of individuals less than the majority in the workplace or a section or sections of it.

Individual Agreement. Where no agreement has been sought by the employer Company with the majority of employees in accordance with 2.2.3(b)10.3.2 hereof, the employer Company may seek to reach agreement with individual employees in the workplace, and such agreement will be binding on individual employees provided it complies with 2.2.2(b) 10.2.2 and (c) 10.2.3 hereof and provided that the agreement is only with an individual employee or a number of individuals less than the majority in the workplace or a section or sections of it.

Individual Agreement. Where no agreement has been sought by the employer with the majority of employees in accordance with 2.2.3(b)9.3.2, the employer may seek to reach agreement with individual employees in the workplace, and such agreement will be binding on individual employees provided it complies with 2.2.2(b) 9.2.2 and (c) 9.2.3 and provided that the agreement is only with an individual employee or a number of individuals less than the majority in the workplace or a section or sections of it.

Individual Agreement.
