Indians definition

Indians for the purpose of this study means those people employed who identify themselves as Indians.

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.

  • Village means a village specified by the Governor by public notification to be a village for the purposes of this Part and includes a group of villages so specified.

  • Warden means the Warden In-charge of Hall of Residence VIII and includes other Wardens of the said Hall.

  • Enterprises means DTE Enterprises, Inc., a Michigan corporation wholly-owned by the Borrower.

  • Ecology means the Washington state department of ecology.

  • Hemiplegia means the permanent Paralysis and functional loss of use of upper and lower limbs on the same side of the body.

  • School means an elementary or secondary school.

  • LHSIA means the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, and the regulations made under it, as it and they may be amended from time to time;
