Independent Technical Analyses for Development Applications. If the Town needs technical expertise beyond the Town’s internal resources to determine impacts of a Development Application such as for structures, bridges, water tanks, and other similar matters which are not required by the Town’s Vested Laws to be certified by such experts as part of a Development Application, the Town may engage such experts as Town Consultants, with the actual and reasonable costs, being the responsibility of Applicant.
