INDEPENDENT REVIEWS. 2.12.1 This Project is subject to an independent design review conducted by University and at University’s expense. Design Professional shall cooperate with this design review. As part of the review, Design Professional shall present the current status of the design. Design Professional shall present Drawings and other items as necessary to describe the Project Design.

INDEPENDENT REVIEWS. FHWA may conduct independent reviews that could include program reviews/product evaluations and continuous process improvement initiatives. These reviews will be done in consultation with CDOT. The review topics will be different from the QIC risk response strategies, audit, and performance measurement reviews issues chosen on an annual basis as previously discussed. In addition to FHWA oversight activities, stewardship activities will include technical assistance, technology deployment, performance measurement, and sharing best practices. Notwithstanding any provision of this S&O Agreement, FHWA retains overall responsibility for all aspects of Federal-aid programs and this S&O Agreement does not preclude FHWA’s access to and review of any Federal-aid project at any time and does not replace the provisions of Title 23.

INDEPENDENT REVIEWS. Pharmacy Guild The reviews should be included in scope of NAAR 2023 as they formed part of the 2022 letter of offer. Te Whatu Xxx committed to giving serious consideration to the two reviews. We believe they have been given little; there has been no progress to complete Stages 2 & 3 and this lack of progress is disappointing and needs urgent attention. Te Whatu Ora The comments are appreciated. Transformation of the health system may be occurring more slowly than you would wish but work is being undertaken in line with Te Whatu Ora’s commitment to work together with various sectors2, consumers, Iwi Māori Partnership Boards and localities. The work is big, it takes time, but progress is occurring. The National Director, Commissioning, will hold a range of forums in the near future to engage pharmacy and other sectors in designing the future to implement the Xxx Xxx (Healthy Futures) Act, 2022. This will occur in addition to the NAAR process. Pharmacy is also encouraged to be involved with localities work. Green Cross Health, Totem Group The health reforms are a big job and not one to be undertaken lightly but pharmacy continues, every day, to do a big job. The independent reviews need to be included in NAAR as action is needed now in order to continue the needed work in communities. Pharmacy Guild We welcome being involved in wider strategic conversations but how does this sit with the Pharmacy Workplan 2023/24 which was published in December 2022 but this is the first time the sector has seen it. We are sceptical about plans being done without us. What is the connection between the Workplan and the strategic conversations? Te Whatu Ora We want to evolve new models, get better with the way we fund services and this needs conversations with a number of sectors. As we pivot to develop processes it does feel as if we are not engaging as you would like but the strategic and other work is being progressed with the sectors. Chair We have heard that lines of communication are really important and that pharmacy representatives want to be included.
