Independent Nature of Subscribers. The Company acknowledges that the obligations of the Subscriber under this Agreement are several and not joint with the obligations of any other Subscriber, and no Subscriber shall be responsible in any way for the performance of the obligations of any other Subscriber under this Agreement or in connection with the Offering. SIGNATURE PAGE TO SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT Please acknowledge your acceptance of the foregoing Subscription Agreement by signing and returning a copy to the Company. Upon the Company's acceptance, it shall become a binding agreement between Subscriber and the Company. The Company may, in its sole discretion, reject any subscription.
