Independent Expert. The Authority shall appoint, no later than [90 (ninety)] days from the Execution Date, a third- party agency (the “Independent Expert”) for the Concession Period. Provided that the Authority shall have the right to appoint any of its agencies or departments to monitor the Project until the Independent Expert is appointed in accordance with this Article 22.1. The provisions of this Agreement with respect to the Independent Expert shall apply mutatis mutandis to such agency or department until the Independent Expert is appointed in accordance with the provisions of Schedule L and this Article 22.1 and such provisions shall be repeated after expiry of each appointment.
