This Agreement shall not be interpreted or construed to create an association, agency, joint venture, or partnership between the Parties Party or to impose bind the other Party to any liability attributable to such a relationship upon either contract, agreement or undertaking with any third party unless expressly so authorized in writing by the other Party.
