Common use of Independence of Parties Clause in Contracts

Independence of Parties. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall constitute either Party a partner or agent of the other for any purposes whatsoever. Neither Party has the authority, either expressed or implied, to enter into any agreement, incur any obligations on behalf, or commit the other Party in any manner whatsoever, except as may be provided in this Agreement or as may be agreed in writing from time to time.

Independence of Parties.
