Indenture Trustee Fee. The annual fee payable by the Master Servicer on behalf of the Trust to the Indenture Trustee from income on funds held in the Collection Account as provided in Section 3.8 and pursuant to the terms of Section II of the separate fee letter agreement for Aegis Asset Backed Securities Trust 2005-3 Mortgage Backed Notes, a copy of which has been provided to the Master Servicer and the Administrator.

Indenture Trustee Fee. ... Section 1.1
Indenture Trustee Fee. The compensation payable to the Indenture Trustee for its services under the Indenture and the other Related Documents to which it is a party, including, without limitation, all amounts owed to the Indenture Trustee pursuant to its schedule of fees.
Indenture Trustee Fee. An amount as agreed upon between the Indenture Trustee and the Seller and Servicer, pursuant to a side letter dated as of June 27, 2006. Index: Means the Prime Rate. Initial Invested Amount: $499,902,120. Initial LIBOR Rate: 5.485%.
Indenture Trustee Fee. The fee payable to the Indenture Trustee hereunder on each Payment Date for services rendered under this Indenture, which shall be equal to $6,666.66 per month; provided, that (A) to the extent that there is more than one (1) Payment Date in any given month, the Indenture Trustee Fee in such month shall include an additional $2,000 for each such additional Payment Date and (B) to the extent that there are more than five (5) Funding Dates in any given month, the Indenture Trustee Fee in such month shall include an additional $1,500 for each such additional Funding Date over five (5); provided, further, that the Indenture Trustee shall also be entitled to receive payment of separate fees and expenses pursuant to Section 11.6 in connection with tax filings made by the Indenture Trustee. Reimbursement for expenses incurred by the Indenture Trustee in connection with tax filings made by the Indenture Trustee shall be subject to the Expense Limit.

Insurance and Indemnity Agreement or Insurance Agreement: The Insurance and Indemnity Agreement dated as of December 21, 2006 among the Indenture Trustee, the Insurer, the Depositor and the Seller and Servicer, including any amendments and supplements thereto in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture Trustee Fee. As to any Payment Date, the one-twelfth (1/12) of the Indenture Trustee Fee Rate times the Pool Principal Balance as of the opening of business on the first day of the Due Period immediately preceding the calendar month of such Payment Date (or, with respect to the first Payment Date, the Original Pool Principal Balance).
