Common use of Indemnity separate Clause in Contracts

Indemnity separate. The indemnities in this Clause 17 and in Clause 8.4 constitute separate and independent obligations from the other obligations in this Trust Deed, shall give rise to a separate and independent cause of action, shall apply irrespective of any indulgence granted by the Trustee and/or any Noteholder or Couponholder and shall continue in full force and effect despite any judgment, order, claim or proof for a liquidated amount in respect of any sum due under this Trust Deed, the Notes, the Receipts and/or the Coupons or any other judgment or order and notwithstanding the termination or expiry of this Trust Deed.
