Common use of Indemnity Provisions Clause in Contracts

Indemnity Provisions. 1. As respects acts, errors or omissions in the performance of professional services, CONTRACTOR agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ANAHEIM, its officials, officers, and employees from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, defense costs, or liability, of any kind or nature, arising directly out of CONTRACTOR’s (or CONTRACTOR’s contractors’ or subcontractors’, if any) negligent acts, errors or omissions in the performance of professional services under this Agreement.
