Common use of Indemnity Provision Clause in Contracts

Indemnity Provision. The Lodge agrees to defend, indemnify, and save the County harmless against any and all claims, lawsuits, or other forms of liability arising out of its deduction from an employee's pay of Lodge dues or the representation fee, or reliance on any list, notice, certification, or authorization furnished under this Article. The Lodge assumes full responsibility for the disposition of the deductions so made once they have been sent by the County to the Lodge.
