Indemnity for Costs. Celestica shall indemnify the Issuing Bank against any and all costs, damages, expenses, taxes (other than taxes on overall net income, assets or capital), claims and demands which the Issuing Bank may incur or sustain by reason of or arising in any way whatsoever in connection with the operating, establishing or paying of the amounts payable under a Letter of Credit or arising in connection with any amounts payable by the Issuing Bank thereunder.
Indemnity for Costs. The Lessee indemnifies the Lessor against any claims or demands for all reasonable costs, on a solicitor client basis, incurred by the Lessor by reason of any claim in relation to any matters set out in this clause 12.

The Borrower shall indemnify BMO and the other Lenders against any and all actions, proceedings, costs, damages, expenses, taxes (other than taxes on overall net income, assets or capital), claims and demands which BMO may incur or sustain by reason of or arising in any way whatsoever in connection with the operating, establishing or paying of the amounts payable under each Letter of Credit or arising in connection with any amounts payable by BMO and the other Lenders thereunder save and except for amounts which have resulted from the gross negligence or the wilful misconduct of BMO.
Indemnity for Costs. 31.13 If, in the exercise of its discretion, the Authority agrees to take the action requested, then (unless the Authority in its absolute discretion otherwise agrees) Project Co shall bear and shall indemnify the Authority for all costs (including legal and/or administrative costs, general staff costs and overheads) incurred by the Authority as a consequence of or in connection with the exercise of such statutory power.
