Indemnity for Charges. PRFN will indemnify and save harmless British Columbia, BC Hydro and all Public Officials from and against all claims, demands, causes of action, actions, expenses, costs, including legal fees, losses, damages or any other liability that they may suffer or incur, directly or indirectly, in connection with or as a result of any Proceeding arising out of PRFN’s or a Designated Entity’s acts or omissions in connection with any Permitted Encumbrance where the Proceeding is settled or is successful.
Indemnity for Charges. HRFN will indemnify and save harmless British Columbia, BC Hydro and all Public Officials from and against all claims, demands, causes of action, actions, expenses, costs, including legal fees, losses, damages or any other liability that they may suffer or incur, directly or indirectly, in connection with or as a result of any Proceeding arising out of HRFN’s or a Designated Entity’s acts or omissions in connection with any Permitted Encumbrance where the Proceeding is settled or is successful.

The Nanoose Indian Band will indemnify and save harmless the Province and all Provincial Officials from any and all damages, losses, liabilities or costs that they may suffer or incur in connection with or as a result of any suit, action, claim, proceeding or demand arising in connection with any Permitted Encumbrance, any charge or encumbrance granted by the Nanoose Indian Band, the transfer of the fee simple estate in the Lands to the Nanoose Indian Band and the Lands becoming Nanoose First Nation Lands or Other Nanoose First Nation Lands.
Indemnity for Charges. The Beecher Bay Indian Band will indemnify and save harmless the Province and all Provincial Officials from any and all damages, losses, liabilities or costs that they may suffer or incur in connection with or as a result of any suit, action, claim, proceeding or demand arising in connection with any Permitted Encumbrance, any charge or encumbrance granted by the Beecher Bay Indian Band under 11.2, the transfer of the fee simple estate in the Lands to the Beecher Bay Indian Band and the Lands becoming Beecher Bay First Nation Lands or Other Beecher Bay First Nation Lands .
Indemnity for Charges. The T’Sou-ke Indian Band will indemnify and save harmless the Province and all Provincial Officials from any and all damages, losses, liabilities or costs that they may suffer or incur in connection with or as a result of any suit, action, claim, proceeding or demand arising in connection with any Permitted Encumbrance, any charge or encumbrance granted by the T’Sou- ke Indian Band under 11.2, the transfer of the fee simple estate in the Lands to the T’Sou-ke Indian Band and the Lands becoming T’Sou-ke First Nation Lands or Other T’Sou-ke First Nation Lands .

The Malahat Indian Band will indemnify and save harmless the Province and all Provincial Officials from any and all damages, losses, liabilities or costs that they may suffer or incur in connection with or as a result of any suit, action, claim, proceeding or demand arising in connection with any Permitted Encumbrance, any charge or encumbrance granted by the Malahat Indian band under 11.2, the transfer of the fee simple estate in the Lands to the Malahat Indian Band and the Lands becoming Malahat First Nation Lands or Other Malahat Member First Nation Lands .
Indemnity for Charges. The Songhees Indian Band will indemnify and save harmless the Province and all Provincial Officials from any and all damages, losses, liabilities or costs that they may suffer or incur in connection with or as a result of any suit, action, claim, proceeding or demand arising in connection with any Permitted Encumbrance, any charge or encumbrance granted by the Songhees Indian Band, the transfer of the fee simple estate in the Lands to the Songhees Indian Band and the Lands becoming Songhees First Nation Lands or Other Songhees Member First Nation Lands.
Indemnity for Charges. The Penelakut Tribe will indemnify and save harmless the Province and all Provincial Officials from and against any and all Proceedings arising out of or in connection with any charge or encumbrance granted by the Penelakut Tribe under 8.3, the transfer of the fee simple estate in the Lands to the Penelakut Tribe or the Lands becoming Penelakut Tribe Lands.
Indemnity for Charges. Sts’ailes will indemnify and save harmless the Province and all Public Officials from and against any and all Proceedings arising out of or in connection with Sts’ailes’ or a Designated Company’s acts or omissions in connection with any Permitted Encumbrance.
