Common use of Indemnification Provisions Clause in Contracts

Indemnification Provisions. In connection with the engagement of Ladenburg Xxxxxxxx & Co. Inc. (“Ladenburg”) by DARA BioSciences, Inc. (the “Company”) pursuant to a letter agreement dated October 7, 2013, between the Company and Ladenburg, as it may be amended from time to time in writing (the “Agreement”), the Company hereby agrees as follows:

Indemnification Provisions. In connection with the engagement of Ladenburg Xxxxxxxx & Co. Inc. (“Ladenburg”) by DARA XXXX BioSciences, Inc. (the “Company”) pursuant to a letter agreement dated October 7, 2013, between the Company and Ladenburg, as it may be amended from time to time in writing (the “Agreement”), the Company hereby agrees as follows:

Indemnification Provisions. In connection with the engagement of Ladenburg Xxxxxxxx & Co. Inc. (“Ladenburg”) by DARA BioSciences, Inc. (the “Company”) pursuant to a letter agreement dated October 7January 17, 20132012, between the Company and Ladenburg, as it may be amended from time to time in writing (the “Agreement”), the Company hereby agrees as follows:
