Common use of Indemnification Agreement Clause in Contracts

Indemnification Agreement. The Union agrees that it shall indemnify and hold harmless the University, its officers, trustees, bargaining unit members or agents, against all claims, demands, causes of action, awards, costs, expenses, attorney fees and any and all other damages arising or resulting from, by reason of, or touching upon the University's agreement to the provisions of Article 23 and the University’s actions and conduct with respect to those provisions. The University agrees that its counsel shall give full and complete cooperation to the Union and its counsel at all levels of any legal proceeding relating to Article 23.
