Common use of Indemnifiable Costs Clause in Contracts

Indemnifiable Costs. Any cost that is eligible for indemnification pursuant to applicable law, including, without limitation, any and all Expenses, liability or loss, judgments, fines and amounts paid in settlement and any interest, assessments, or other charges imposed thereon, and any federal, state, local, or foreign taxes imposed as a result of the actual or deemed receipt of any payments under this Agreement.
