Indebtedness and Contingent Obligations. Set forth on Schedule 7.17A hereto is a complete and correct list of all Indebtedness (other than Contingent Obligations, Indebtedness incurred under the Loan Documents, trade debt incurred in the ordinary course of business and obligations under Operating Leases) of the Borrower, each Guarantor and each of their respective Subsidiaries and the aggregate principal amount thereof outstanding on the date hereof. Set forth on Schedule 7.17B is a complete and correct list of all Contingent Obligations (other than any Contingent Obligations created under the Loan Documents) of the Borrower, each Guarantor and each of their respective Subsidiaries and the aggregate amount thereof outstanding on the date hereof.

Guaranty; (k) Indebtedness and Contingent Obligations of LEP UK to the lenders described on Schedule 7.12B (but not any refinancings thereof); and (l) Subordinated Obligations incurred when no Default or Event of Default exists..
