Incremental Withholding over Likely Vesting Period. The Recipient may, beginning as of the Award Date, allow the Company to withhold from future compensation payments to the Recipient substantially equal amounts such that the aggregate of such amounts shall, as of the next likely date of occurrence of an event pursuant to which any such Award Shares shall become “substantially vested” within the meaning of Code §83, be sufficient to satisfy the amount of the withholding tax obligations imposed on the Company by reason of the vesting of the Award Shares.
