Common use of Increases in the Scope Clause in Contracts

Increases in the Scope. Any increase in the contract price attributable to a Change Order performed by Contractor or any of its Subcontractors shall not exceed the sum of the following: (i) the actual costs to Contractor to perform the Change Order, as calculated from the Rate Schedule attached to Exhibit F, Change Order form; and (ii) the actual cost of Subcontractors to perform the Change Order, with a 4.5% ▇▇▇▇-up;
