Increased Studio Fees. If, at any time during the term of this Agreement, a studio which supplies Rated Movies to OCC raises the costs of those Rated Movies to OCC, Marriott and OCC shall meet and negotiate in good faith as to how those additional costs shall be paid and, in the event that the parties are unable to reach agreement, either party may invoke the provisions of 22.3 for resolution.
