Increased cost claims. (a) A Finance Party may not make a claim pursuant to Clause 13.1 (Increased costs) unless it has within sixty days notified the Agent of the event giving rise to the claim, following which the Agent shall promptly notify the Borrower of any such notification from a Finance Party.
